The University of Leeds has year-round accommodation which is available to guests just a short walk from the city centre. 

Conference Delegate accommodation

Storm Jameson Court:

Storm Jameson Court has been built to a world-class specification and offers a 24 hour reception service and comfortable and spacious lounge. The 459 stylish en-suite bedrooms (23 of which are accessible rooms) feature Superior Single beds, floor-to-ceiling windows, data access, room safes, WiFi access and an IPTV facility. Rooms are arranged to include a lounge and kitchen with every five or six bedrooms.

  

Storm Jameson Court has received a Gold Award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme and carries the highest possible accreditation under all categories of the National Accessible Scheme (NAS). It has been accredited with a 4-star grading from visit England.

Storm Jameson Court is named after Margaret Storm Jameson (1891-1986), a University of Leeds graduate and author of more than 50 books and plays. £47 per night

Student accommodation

Lyddon and Ellerslie Halls

Student Delegates may choose en-suite accommodation at Storm Jameson court or alternatively apply for the reduced rate accommodation of Lyddon and Ellerslie Halls.

Situated at the heart of the university campus dating back to 1886, several Victorian houses are part of the accommodation provided under the umbrella of Ellerslie and Lyddon Halls.

Arranged in self-contained, single study bedrooms, each room has its own wash basin, but toilet and shower facilities are shared. £32 per night.

Hotel accommodation

Registration on arrival

All student and conference delegates will register for their accommodation at the reception in Storm Jameson Court, and then be directed to their rooms.

Check out: 10.00

Any guests arriving earlier than 10:00 can leave their luggage until the room becomes available.

Please check out of your room and return you key to the Hall office on your day of departure, a charge of £20 is payable for any keys not returned.

The Edge

The University of Leeds has moved up a league with its state of the art pool, gym and fitness Suite - The Edge - located on campus. All residents will have free use of the pool and gym facilities at The Edge for the duration of the conference. Details will be given at registration.
